Please note that we do not charge by the number of pages, documents, or the number of people signing. Rather, we charge by the number of times we Notarize (i.e. the number of times that we sign our signatures and apply our seals). The number of times we are required to sign is determined by you and the recipient of your document, not by us.

A Certified True Copy is a photocopy of a document that has been verified by an authorized Notary Public. The Notary verifies that the copy of the document is an accurate and a complete representation of the original document, without any alterations. The Notary attests to this by signing and affixing their own official seal or stamp to the document.

We offer electronic signature and virtual witnessing services, meaning we can electronically sign and digitally notarize your documents online, without you having to leave your home or office.

We ask all clients to confirm in advance that the recipient of their document will accept electronic / digital signatures and digital notary seals.

Mobile notary fee rates vary and take into account travel distance, nature of document(s), time, and other logistical considerations. We would be happy to talk to you and discuss fee rates. Special discount is available for sick and senior citizens.
